The website is designed to avoid advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, marketing pixels, remarketing, cross-site profiling and invasive analytics tools. This policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

3. Wixet's approach

Wixet follows a restrictive approach: use the minimum necessary for the website to work, remain secure and be measured in aggregated form without turning a visit into an advertising product. The website is not designed to exploit browsing data for commercial purposes, follow users across the internet or feed advertising networks.

In plain terms: no advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no session recording tools and no automated commercial scoring scripts.

4. Why there is no cookie banner

Consent banners are generally required when non-essential cookies or equivalent technologies requiring prior consent are loaded. This website is designed not to load advertising cookies or equivalent behavioral tracking technologies by default.

For that reason, while the website maintains this approach and does not include technologies requiring prior consent, no cookie banner is implemented. If technologies subject to consent are added in the future, Wixet will review this policy and implement an appropriate mechanism before activating them where required.

5. Technologies currently contemplated

The website may use or involve the following categories of technologies:

  • Technical infrastructure: DNS, TLS, hosting, CDN, routing, compression, caching, edge security and content delivery.
  • Technical logs: server logs, security events, errors, request headers, IP addresses and metadata necessary to operate and protect the service.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-abuse mechanism that may be used in forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated traffic.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated analytics without tracking cookies, if enabled.
  • Optional embedded media: YouTube videos or other embedded resources loaded only after explicit interaction.

6. Strictly necessary cookies and technologies

Strictly necessary technologies may be activated without consent where they are essential to provide a service requested by the user or to ensure the security, availability and basic functioning of the website. They may include delivery mechanisms, abuse protection, balancing, fraud prevention, anti-bot protection or technical request management.

Disabling them through the browser or external tools may cause certain functions not to load correctly, the form to fail or the website to behave unexpectedly.

7. Cloudflare Web Analytics

Wixet may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain general metrics such as visits, page views, popular routes, approximate country, browser or device type. Its purpose is to understand in aggregated form whether the website is useful, detect general navigation issues and prioritize improvements.

According to Cloudflare's public documentation, Web Analytics is intended to be privacy-friendly and does not rely on tracking cookies for the measurement approach used. Wixet does not use this data to identify individual visitors or create advertising profiles.

8. Cloudflare Turnstile

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect forms against spam, bots, automated abuse and malicious activity. It may process technical signals necessary to determine whether an interaction appears legitimate.

Wixet does not use Turnstile for advertising, remarketing, sale of data, commercial profiling or cross-site tracking. Its purpose is limited to the security, integrity and availability of the contact channel.

9. Videos and embedded content

Embedded videos are not loaded automatically when opening the page. A loading block is shown first. Only if the user decides to play the video is external content requested. Where possible, YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com, will be used.

Once the content is loaded, YouTube/Google or other third parties may process data according to their own policies, terms and settings. Wixet does not control subsequent processing by those third parties.

10. Technologies not used by default

Unless this policy is expressly updated, Wixet does not use the following by default on this website:

  • Google Analytics.
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag.
  • TikTok Pixel or other advertising pixels.
  • Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or other behavioral recording or heatmap tools.
  • Advertising or remarketing cookies.
  • Cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
  • Automated commercial visitor scoring systems.
  • Third-party chat widgets that track visitors without consent.

11. Legal basis

Strictly necessary technologies may be based on the technical necessity of providing the requested service or on Wixet's legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse. Aggregated, non-invasive analytics may be based on legitimate interest where they do not require consent under applicable criteria. Non-essential technologies legally requiring consent will only be activated if a valid mechanism to obtain consent is implemented.

12. Retention

Technical and security logs will be retained for the time necessary to operate the website, prevent abuse, investigate incidents and comply with applicable obligations. Aggregated analytics data may be retained while useful for general metrics. Specific periods may depend on infrastructure providers and their retention policies.

13. Browser settings

Users may configure their browser to block, delete or restrict cookies and similar mechanisms. Each browser provides its own privacy controls, permissions, data deletion and third-party blocking options. Operating system tools, extensions or network settings may also be used.

Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect the operation of this website or other websites. Deleting cookies or local storage may remove preferences or states saved by websites.

14. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers allow signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Because there is no universally mandatory implementation for all cases, Wixet cannot guarantee a uniform technical response to each signal. However, the website is already designed to avoid behavioral advertising and invasive tracking by default.

15. Future changes

Wixet may update this Cookie Policy if the website changes, if services are added, if providers modify their operation, if authority criteria change or if applicable law evolves. If a change requires prior consent, Wixet will implement the corresponding mechanism before activating the affected technology where required.
